The Mekong LEAD provides Mekong policymakers intensive training sessions and an opportunity to engage in a structured, research-based dialogue with leading scholars, practitioners about the Mekong development. 2. The Mekong BUILD to provide timely, high-quality and evidence-based research on the salient issues in the Mekong region; and to organize conferences/workshops to disseminate relevant research findings. |
