As Human Resource Manager of Business Sector, I worried that how I can establish and sharing my MI experience at my work. But fortunately I got one opportunity to participate in First Myanmar Job Fair 2012. One expert is calling it a “Buyers Market” which is good news for employers and employees.  

At that job fair, I used website of MI sharing me for trade fair. I can learn how they organized this buyers market. I can be selected the booth near entrance for my business teams. I also used the calculation method of “Cost Of the Event / Number of Business Card (Number of Applicants) = Cost Per Applicant”. I got it from MI experience and then
I changed it number of applicants instead of number of business card.
